Many of the people mixed up Taoist Religion and Taoism although it is easy to distinguish them: Religious Taoism is a kind of religion, when Taoism is a kind of philosophical concepts. Taoism was founded in China more than 2,000 years ago, however, nowadays there are still many people appreciating the Taoism concepts.
Taoism emphasizes unintentional behaviour. Although thousands of people misunderstand the term ˇ§unintentional behaviourˇ¨, however, ˇ§doing nothingˇ¨ is not the true meaning of these words. It means doing without motive and thinking, and we can achieve the best result by just following the nature of human. Applying this theoretical thinking onto entrepreneurial environment would somehow simplify the operation process and so make the organization running more effectively.
